Kangaroo is a mini PC desktop computer manufactured by InFocus. It comes with Intel Atom x5 (Cherry Trail) and Windows 10 operating system onboard. You can buy it at a retail price of 99 dollars.
This Kangaroo desktop computer is small enough to fit in your pocket. Launched last summer by InFocus, an American company known for its smartphones, it is now on sale for 99 dollars.
Kangaroo mini PC specifications include Intel Atom Z8500 X5 processor that runs at 2.24 GHz, 2GB of RAM LPDDR3 and 32GB of space for storage, expandable with a micro SD card reader.
It comes with a detachable dock that adds HDMI port, a USB 3.0 and USB 2.0, and a power connector and without that dock, the Kangaroo mini PC has only two connectors, micro USB and fingerprint reader for biometric authentication with Windows 10.
There is no Ethernet port on this mini PC which is understandable as it is meant to be compact. However since it supports dual-band 802.11ac WiFi networks and Bluetooth 4.0, we are not complaining. Using an HDMI cable, you can connect the Kangaroo mini PC to any screen – monitor, display and TV.
The Kangaroo mini PC comes with in built battery too. The company claims that the internal battery should provide at least 4 hours of battery life to your PC.
