Asus ROG Strix GL702VM specifications include either Intel Core i7-6700HQ or Intel Core i5-6300HQ processor and as mentioned earlier both belong to Intel Skylake family since Kaby Lake architecture does not have a high performance chipset yet. The processor is backed by up to 1TB 7200rpm hard drive, up to 512GB SATA3 SSD in addition to 256GB PCIe Gen3X4 SSD.

Asus has not released pricing information for Italy but we do know that the two configurations will cost 1399 and 1599 dollars respectively. So if you are looking for gaming laptops under 1000 dollars, you will have to look somewhere else.

There are two LEDs on the cover of the Asus ROG Strix GL702VM and its keyboard is also backlit and so is its logo. Asus ROG Strix GL702VM screen measures 17.3 inches packing full HD 1920×1080 pixel resolution display with matte coating with 60Hz G-sync technology. The CPU is backed by powerful Nvidia GeForce 1060 GTX Pascal graphics card with 6GB of GDDR5 memory. The combination of these two components will allow you to play the latest titles, including games and virtual reality applications.

The data sheet is then completed by a WiFi 802.11ac (2 x 2) module, Bluetooth 4.1, dual speakers, a Gigabit Ethernet, three USB 3.0 ports, a Thunderbolt 3 (Type-C), a mini Display Port 1.2, HDMI and jack audio. There is also a backlit keyboard which is quite comfortable as it has key pitch of 1.6 mm and precise boasting 30-key rollover, a battery of 76 Wh and of course Windows 10 operating system.
